To support our continued expansion, we are in search of an Information Security Officer with Business Continuity Management (BCM) experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001, BSI 200 series, DORA, BAIT, and MaRisk.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing security risks.
• Develop, update, and manage security policies and procedures.
• Drive the evolution of information security.
• Develop and implement BCM strategies and plans.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
• Provide IT department guidance on IT compliance.
• Support outsourcing management oversight compliant with DORA.
• Collaborate closely with various departments such as IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, or related field.
• Ideally, 7 years of experience in Information Security, BCM, or IT Compliance.
• Proficient understanding of information security and risk management frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, BAIT, MaRisk).
• Strong analytical skills and structured approach to work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High willingness to learn and capacity for independent, proactive work.
