Responsibilities:
- Discover and pursue institutional sales opportunities while cultivating a robust pipeline in the EMEA/CIS region by engaging with, educating, and advising institutional clients.
- Conduct client profiling to identify past successes and translate them into replicable strategies to ensure continuous success and inform targeted marketing efforts.
- Ideate and assess new revenue avenues and prospects within existing and potential client pools, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Firms, and more.
- Close sales deals with a strategic focus on high revenue, high impact transactions (such as Cash OTC, Derivatives, Custody, Lending, VIP Loans, Staking).
- Evaluate new clients to ensure they align with OKX's standards and do not pose risks, whether financial, reputational, or regulatory.
- Effectively communicate client feedback and product/service gaps to executive and product teams, along with proposed solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a strong passion for and knowledge of crypto products, especially our key offerings.
- Seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of building pipelines, nurturing opportunities, and successfully closing deals.
- Proficient in negotiating contractual and commercial terms, working closely with legal teams to protect the business's interests.
- Deep understanding of the institutional crypto landscape, with a robust network within the local industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the products catered to institutional clients (e.g., Block Trading, Derivatives like Perps/Futures/Options/Margin, Cash OTC).
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes in the cryptocurrency industry and how they can impact business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage sales efficiently and effectively.
- Desired qualities include self-motivation, teamwork, independence, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
