Institutional Product Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to develop innovative institutional services solutions.
• Lead product development initiatives for a varied product portfolio covering trading, asset management, risk management, reporting, data analytics, and exchange infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business teams to strategize product roadmaps and highlight essential milestones.
• Manage project plans from ideation to implementation, ensuring successful delivery.
• Create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and interactive designs considering technical requirements and implementation strategies.
• Analyze product performance data and incorporate user feedback to enhance user experience.
• Oversee the product life cycle by working closely with engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to meet delivery goals.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 4 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, preferably within institutional brokerage, asset management, or trading systems.
• Strong grasp of trading workflows, front-to-back office operations, and various business functions.
• Understanding of pre-trade compliance, trade execution, post-trade analytics, settlement, and clearing processes.
• Experience with API integration such as FIX, REST, and WebSocket, as well as developing institutional front office trading systems (preferred).
• Effective collaboration, communication, and adaptability within Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
