Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Increasing customer engagement with sustained communication and understanding of their needs
- Developing key customer service processes, management rules, and tracking customer status
- Analyzing user behavior, identifying hidden needs, providing optimal service solutions, and product feedback
Requirements:
- Sales experience with clear sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency in utilizing a CRM tool
- Autonomy in sales team operations with experience in collaborating with regional teams and acquiring customers through events
- 3-5 years of international sales and client services experience in financial sectors like banking, investments, FX sales
- Background in managing institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banks, and other financial entities
- Strong communication, flexibility, relationship management, sales skills, and ability to thrive under pressure
- Knowledge and passion for cryptocurrencies, with industry experience being advantageous
- Fluency in English with the ability to coordinate with overseas partners, additional languages are a plus
