Description
Responsibilities
- Establishing and cultivating trust-based relationships with a range of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)
- Expanding relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and understanding their requirements
- Developing essential customer service processes and systems, creating management protocols, and monitoring the status of key clients
- Analyzing user behavior, identifying latent needs, compiling critical customer analysis reports, and liaising with various departments to offer optimal customer service solutions
- Conducting regional analysis and devising strategic plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services in the international financial sector such as banking, investments, etc
- Knowledge of trading platforms and grasp of basic market movements is advantageous
- Established client base encompassing institutional clients, HNW individuals, private banking customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, among others
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability in diverse scenarios, outstanding relationship-building and sales capabilities, with the ability to perform under pressure
- Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency field; industry experience is a plus
- Fluency in English and proficiency in a native language is preferred
