Institutional Sales Manager - EMEA
The institutional sales team offers an opportunity for you to develop and expand your client base consisting of high-net-worth individuals and institutional entities. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of onboarding and investing in crypto instruments. Furthermore, you will have the chance to customize products specifically for your clients, offering unique solutions that differentiate us in the market. As a member of the operations team, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities and collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales traders, account managers, and sales managers. Your contribution will be instrumental in supporting the growth and scalability of our expanding infrastructure.

- Exercise your creativity and expertise in crafting and tailoring products for institutional clients. This includes exploring other financial services offerings, such as credit and custody, with the full support of our team.
A typical day in your role may involve:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential institutional clients.
- Understanding client needs, pitching relevant Crypto.com products.
- Representing Crypto.com at conferences and engaging with institutional players to increase awareness of our institutional products and services.
- Participating in community outreach activities, attending crypto community gatherings and meetings to expand our institutional presence.
- Conducting market and competitor research in the crypto institutional space.
- Drafting and finalizing client and partnership agreements.
- Proposing new crypto institutional offerings.
- Maintaining regular contact with institutional clients, tracking feedback, and recommending product enhancements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services sales, such as Sales Trading, OTC Sales, FX Sales, Sales, eSales (FX products), ETF's, Liquidity pools, CFD's, or Prime Brokerage services.
- 1+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry and a network of clients in this field.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales position.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners, including acquiring institutional clients, achieving business results, and drafting agreements.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, as evidenced by writing and presentation samples.
