Integration Engineer (North America / South America based)

Engineering Team
The engineering team at Chainlink Labs is dedicated to enhancing decentralized applications within the industry. The Chainlink Network dominates over 70% market share in providing oracle solutions, enabling smart contracts to securely interact with off-chain data and computation. We value talented individuals who work together to address complex challenges, deliver product impact, and progress as builders in the blockchain and decentralized finance space.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate Chainlink products into new cutting-edge blockchains, fostering network growth
- Lead assessments for compatibility, and execute integrations through node development, token bridging, deployments, monitoring, tooling, and testing
- Engage with industry leaders, developers, users, and the web 3 community
Requirements:
- Passion for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to delve into code and documentation
- Prior engineering experience in a collaborative product-driven setting
- Proficiency in Computer Science basics
- Comfortable in a remote role working with a globally distributed team
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of software development experience in languages like Golang, Python, C++, and/or TypeScript
- Previous experience managing project communication with stakeholders and partners
- Knowledge of blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies, either as a web3 developer or backend service developer
- Contributed to the open source community
