International Key Account Manager

Ledger is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager within the Consumer Sales Team to focus on managing distributors and supporting online retailers transitioning to physical stores. The role requires a candidate well-versed in retail strategies with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in online and offline retail setups.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability across online and physical retail channels.
- Manage distributor relationships, including negotiations, terms, promotions, and new product launches.
Revenue Maximization:
- Collaborate with retailers to enhance content and increase visibility for improved conversion rates.
- Implement in-store launch plans based on ROI assessments.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Analyze sales data from new retailers to optimize stock levels.
- Liaise with internal teams like marketing, product development, and supply chain to align retail efforts with overarching business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in online retail management, including brick-and-mortar retail exposure.
- Background in international Consumer Electronics or e-commerce.
- Skills: Demonstrated track record in managing retail channels, strong analytical abilities, proficient in e-commerce tools.
- Attributes: Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative setting, adaptability to evolving demands in the blockchain field.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian, Spanish, Hindi, or Turkish is a bonus.
- Passion for crypto and/or tech is a plus.
