Position Overview
Toku is seeking a skilled payroller to support our Payroll team in various aspects of payroll processing and key projects. The ideal candidate must excel in establishing processes, entities, and best practices with minimal supervision, particularly focusing on Spanish payrolls.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and organize payroll data for submission to payroll providers
Coordinate data submission to suppliers across multiple countries via different methods
Communicate with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing and address any issues
Review and reconcile payroll data promptly to ensure compliant and accurate payments
Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external payroll inquiries
Maintain up-to-date records, processes, and procedures
Assist in implementing new country-specific payrolls and transitioning between providers
