Key Duties:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of IT systems and infrastructure across various locations to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to the IT team, fostering clear communication and adequate resources for high-quality product and service delivery.
- Manage internal ticketing systems, offer general IT operations support, and troubleshoot remote issues while overseeing various platforms like Office 365, Windows desktops, Macs, smartphones, network printers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Support cloud-based services to sustain flexibility, scalability, and security throughout the organization's IT operations.
- Manage IT Inventory processes, including accurate tracking, documentation, and optimization of hardware and software assets, as well as developing strategies to enhance inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and create reporting metrics to enhance decision-making and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, covering workstation setup and decommissioning, access management, and network resource administration.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization's infrastructure.
Compliance and Regulatory Compliance Review:
- Aid the Director of IT in certifying IT policies and procedures comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards.
- Review IT and operational policies to guarantee effective implementation and maintenance of SOX controls.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to back SOX compliance reviews under the IT Director's direction.
- Provide suggestions to enhance SOX compliance and policy adherence under the guidance of the Director of IT.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related technical field is preferred. Relevant experience will also be considered.
- Certifications Desired: ITIL, CISSP, or related cloud certifications.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years managing IT operations in a hands-on environment, with a strong IT Inventory Management background. Exposure to public companies is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational and self-motivation skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to perform well under pressure. Superior time management and follow-through are essential. Proactive, reliable, flexible, and conscientious with excellent communication skills for non-technical users.
Salary Range:
$90,000 - $95,000 per annum
