About You

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and thrives on problem-solving. Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT support for employees, addressing hardware, software, accounts, and access-related issues.
  • Aid in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including laptop setup, account provisioning, and equipment management.
  • Troubleshoot basic network, system, printer, conferencing, and office technology concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on IT requests and maintenance.
  • Manage the inventory of laptops, accessories, and office IT equipment.
  • Support operational tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and related systems.
  • Assist in documenting IT procedures, setup guides, and internal processes.
  • Offer general operational support to the office and cross-functional teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or office IT preferred.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and common SaaS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.

  • Proximity to or convenient commute to the Midtown Manhattan office.
  • Experience supporting macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, or MDM tools.
  • Previous involvement in office operations or employee onboarding.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, blockchain, or Web3 technologies.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000, contingent on experience and qualifications.
