Reporting directly to the CEO, our Chief Information Security Officer underscores the organization's commitment to prioritizing security. Beyond credentials, the Security Team values practical experience, quick thinking, and continuous learning to address the ever-evolving challenges within the crypto sphere. The team's agility and collaboration ensure proactive threat management and ongoing user protection.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support security administration tasks like user provisioning, access control, threat prevention, and asset management.
- Design and implement access control workflows.
- Address internal user queries and adhere to SLAs.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and configure laptops and user accounts.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in general IT operations, familiarity with Helpdesk Services is advantageous.
- IT certifications are preferred.
- At least 1 year of IT experience is desirable.
- Basic familiarity with G-Suite or OKTA, Windows, and iOS systems.
- Experience in physical office setup is a bonus.
