Reporting to our E-commerce Manager, the Graphic Designer will design and lead the creation of all creative assets for major calendar moments. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing across all brand marketing channels (E-com (Site), email, social, wholesale etc.) The ideal candidate should be able to translate the brand’s needs and lead the creative direction of all assets, ensuring all designs are in-line with our brand identity and flow seamlessly across all channels.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with appropriate cross functional team members to become fully aligned with the go-to-market strategy and to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Continuously research and stay ahead of all design trends within the Fashion industry, and should be able to provide strong creative direction and ideas.
Strong understanding of industry terms and standards based on channel for both desktop and mobile.
Lead and oversee on-brand digital experiences across all brand marketing channels through creative design.
Report to the team on key learnings, suggestions, missed opportunities and overall results to elevate and improve projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer within the Fashion/Beauty industry.
Must have experience working in a fast-paced, retail environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
Must have a creative portfolio.
Must have design talent with a modern view and detailed sense of typography, photography and overall design layout.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom etc.
