As we look to hire an AI Project Manager, we aim to find a candidate who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects. In this position, you will serve as the crucial link between our business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams, ensuring that AI initiatives are navigated successfully from data collection and model training to deployment and performance monitoring, all while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of AI projects, encompassing requirement identification, feasibility evaluation, data strategy development, model creation, testing, and deployment to production.

• Act as the main conduit between business and technical teams, elucidating intricate business needs into precise technical specifications and user stories.

• Supervise specific phases of AI projects like data labeling, model training iterations, validation, and efficient management of model accuracy and performance expectations.

• Detect potential project risks early on and execute appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Offer regular updates to management, clearly illustrating technical challenges, model metrics, and project advancement in non-technical terms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Prior internship experience in project management, tech operations, data analysis, or product management is highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering data science, machine learning, or AI projects to production.

• Sound grasp of key concepts in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI.

• Familiarity with data pipelines, data architecture, and the significance of data quality in model training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to manage the uncertainties and experimental nature of AI projects efficiently.
