Responsibilities
- Provide support to various teams within the IT Operations division to ensure seamless and efficient IT operations that serve all business units well.
- Take part in vendor management and resource allocation planning within the IT Operations division, supervised by division leaders.
- Contribute to aligning team objectives with corporate business goals, adhering to management directives with a security-focused mindset.
- Help in standardizing IT operations and service delivery globally by collaborating with regional team leaders to streamline processes and practices.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting inventory status and IT Operations projects, guided by senior staff.
- Act as a point of contact for escalating IT Operations issues affecting different business units.
- Explore and welcome opportunities to leverage AI tools for enhancing operational efficiency and security, including a willingness to learn about and experiment with AI-driven solutions.
- Provide occasional after-hours support for critical IT Operations issues as guided by senior personnel.
- As you display maturity and preparedness, you will have the chance to contribute to additional security-focused projects and initiatives, increasing your responsibilities and expertise.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networks and cloud computing.
- Strong interest in IT security and a willingness to learn about security best practices.
- Enthusiasm to learn about and apply AI tools and technologies to IT operations and security.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- BSc/BA in IT or a related field.
