Junior Treasury Officer

Responsibilities

• Efficiently oversee and reconcile payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with banks on daily operational tasks and issues
• Develop short-term cash forecasts and manage daily cash operations within the Group's liquidity frameworks
• Facilitate the management of the Group’s intercompany loans, settlements, and accrued interests
• Lead in the onboarding of new bank accounts, manage online banking systems, and oversee bank signatories
• Monitor bank mandates and covenants effectively
• Support month-end closing and reporting processes
• Deliver professional treasury support to internal stakeholders
• Assist in integrating Accounting and Treasury Management Systems and other payment products
• Maintain precise transactional data in the Accounting and Treasury Management System

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• 1-3 years of experience in Treasury Liquidity Management in a Corporate or Financial Institution
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in wire and payment processing, and cash/liquidity management
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural fintech atmosphere
• Familiarity with Treasury Management System (TMS), Electronic Money Institution (EMI), and other payment products is advantageous
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to facilitate internal and external collaboration
• Understanding of Crypto/Blockchain is a bonus
