Responsibilities

• Assess the company's daily cash flow and liquidity requirements, taking into account liquidity risk, inventory pool utilization, and payment needs.
• Act as a liaison between business units and Treasury to establish an effective operational flow framework.
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reconciliation reports with heightened data precision and promptness.
• Execute daily settlements and cold wallet activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards regarding customer holdings.
• Develop short-term cash forecasts, optimize bank fees, interest rates, and cash management services.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with banking partners to facilitate treasury operations.
• Ensure timely and precise transactional data management in the Accounting and Treasury Management System.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or relevant fields.
• Possess 3-5 years of pertinent experience in financial services, preferably including Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Liquidity Risk Management.
• Demonstrate prior experience in the crypto industry.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, dedication to work, innovative thinking, resilience under pressure, and teamwork.
• Showcase excellent communication skills and adeptness in collaborating with a global team.
• Proficiency in both English and Korean languages is essential to engage with international partners and stakeholders.
