Responsibilities

• Design and oversee search recommendation services and models
• Utilize machine learning-powered personalization techniques, design patterns, and tools
• Possess a deep understanding of Recommendation systems and their application to drive AI product impact
• Lead the development of core modules with a data-driven approach to maximize outcomes
• Collaborate with Business and Product management teams to identify needs, opportunities, and define success metrics

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics with minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in popular Machine Learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in team leadership
• Familiarity with application development at scale
• Globally-minded team collaboration skills are advantageous
• Publication track record at top conferences and journals is a bonus
