- Establish and manage a discovery channel involving compliance, risk, and operations professionals from banks, VASPs, and regulatory bodies for structured interviews, ensuring requirements are comprehensive and not dependent on individual clients.
- Translate insights from client discussions and consultant findings into actionable product decisions and prioritize features based on documented justifications, presenting them to leadership for approval.
- Showcase CertiK's products and services through demonstrations, workshops, and tender presentations to client teams, prospects, and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in key client meetings alongside the Business Development team and consultants, primarily in the US with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East, and other markets.
- Lead discussions around the roadmap with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably within fintech, regtech, compliance software, or in a regulated financial institution.
- Domain expertise in areas such as financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, either from a product management perspective or within a compliance role.
- Track record of overseeing complete product cycles from discovery to launch within a regulated or enterprise environment, with a demonstrated ability to uncover underlying customer needs and influence product development.
- Excellent English proficiency with strong presentation skills geared towards senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, incorporating customer insights into shipped features.
- Sufficient technical acumen to engage with engineering teams and defend product decisions.
- Skilled at driving discovery through a combination of direct interactions and through consultants, guiding their research.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the US and occasionally internationally.
Bonus Qualifications
- Previous experience with blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions regulations, or MiCA-type requirements in relation to digital assets.
- Understanding of digital asset regulations in the US, UK, or EU.
- Experience working with regulators or participating in regulatory tenders.
Compensation
The targeted annual compensation for this role in the US is between $120,000 to $180,000, based on the qualifications and expertise of successful candidates.
