Your Role at Circle:
As a Principal Program Manager within the Product team, you will spearhead the coordination and implementation of intricate product development initiatives aligned with Circle’s product roadmap. Your role involves establishing and reinforcing operational processes, crafting project plans, overseeing team activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring clear communication on project status. In essence, you will act as the cohesive force that keeps teams aligned and collaborative.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects in planning and execution, aligning cross-functional strategies into a cohesive plan.
- Define and implement processes for broader team operations including OKR planning, status reporting, and release plans.
- Lead programs by overseeing program structure, scope, release planning, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to facilitate group alignment meetings, address tactical issues, and drive project milestones.
- Conduct project meetings, compile status reports, and proactively resolve risks to ensure timely deliverables.
- Cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Streamline and optimize internal workflows by establishing and enhancing processes where needed.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong focus on problem-solving and delivery.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management or technical program management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across various levels.
- Proven track record of guiding diverse, cross-functional teams in successfully launching new products or services.
- Exceptional change management abilities and experience driving teams through organizational transitions.
- Passion for process improvement and optimizing internal workflows.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, attentive to detail, and committed to follow-through on tasks.
- Fundamental understanding of crypto assets and blockchain technology with a keen interest in further learning.
- Additional PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Slack, and MacBook is preferred.

- Compensation ranges incorporate factors such as experience, qualifications, and business needs.
- Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 15%
