Offered package:
This position is open to day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates. Compensation ranges are determined based on relevant factors, such as experience and qualifications. The role offers a competitive base pay range of $145,000-192,500, along with an annual bonus target of 15%, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options, as well as a discretionary vacation policy. Other benefits include 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year.
