Lead Technical Program Manager, Developer Marketing

Responsibilities and Focus:

As a key member of our product team, the Principal Program Manager spearheads the coordination and execution of intricate product development projects aligning with Circle’s product roadmap. You will architect enduring processes for the wider team, devise project plans, steer project team initiatives, monitor progress, and relay project statuses effectively, acting as the linchpin that ensures seamless team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage multiple projects in the planning and execution phases by harmonizing strategies across cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to defining robust team processes related to activities such as OKR planning and status reporting.
• Lead programs by steering program structure, scope, release planning, and fostering cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to orchestrate alignment meetings that address tactical release issues, dependencies, program progress, and milestones.
• Chair project meetings, compile status reports, facilitate on-time deliverables, proactively manage risks, and fortify internal workflows.
• Cultivate strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including team members and leadership, and drive continuous improvement in internal processes.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and delivery excellence.
• 12+ years of experience in project management or technical program management, along with exceptional communication capabilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven success in leading diverse, cross-functional project teams to launch new products or services effectively.
• Proficient in change management, adept at guiding teams through organizational transitions.
• Passion for optimizing processes and enhancing internal workflows.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with adept multi-tasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional with a deep-rooted enthusiasm for learning and development.
• Familiarity with crypto assets and blockchain technology, eager to delve deeper into the mainstream adoption of this technology.
• Additional certifications such as PMI/Agile/Scrum would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and MacBook is preferred.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Base Pay Range: $145,000-192,500.
• Annual Bonus Target: 15%.
• Additional incentives include Equity and Benefits (e.g., medical, dental, vision, 401(k)), a discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
• Eligibility for day-one PERM sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
