Responsibilities

• Plan and implement email marketing strategies, encompassing promotional activities, newsletters, and triggered communications.
• Deploy SMS and push notification campaigns to engage users through various platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance to enhance results and return on investment.
• Collaborate with teams like product, design, and analytics to execute cohesive marketing campaigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators, traffic metrics, and community engagement.
• Engage with followers, promptly respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback.
• Coordinate online and offline lead generation activities, such as events, partnerships, and promotions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to gain insights and identify trends applicable to crypto and blockchain domains.

Requirements

• Proficiency in content management systems and website updates.
• Experience with graphic editing tools like Figma or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical platforms such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong focus on customer needs and product development.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology or the fintech industry is advantageous.
• Educational background in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and adhere to key performance indicators.
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
