Description
Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives across Spanish-speaking Latam territories, including devising, crafting, and executing campaigns for all business assets with a focus on maximum ROI.
- Manage user lifecycle metrics comprehensively, covering activation, retention, and re-engagement of churned users.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance long-term client value through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and optimizing product and distribution channels.
- Establish and track lifecycle marketing KPIs, specifically focusing on boosting conversions through Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) channels such as email, app push, and inmail.
- Monitor, analyze, and report essential metrics internally.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop, monitor, analyze, and refine marketing campaigns.
- Implement marketing best practices leveraging data insights, encompassing segmentation, A/B testing strategies, and email journeys.
- Ensure technical prerequisites are met in coordination with regional teams for successful implementation of lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Visualize the next steps in LATAM's lifecycle, identify challenges and opportunities, innovate solutions, and foresee user needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, and e-commerce marketing.
- Proven track record in launching both broad-spectrum and targeted campaigns throughout the user lifecycle.
- Proficiency in CRM/lifecycle management and email marketing/automation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hubspot preferred.
- Experience in user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing.
- Background in product development, product life-cycles, business process re-engineering, and continuous innovation.
- Strong analytical skills regarding user behavior analysis, user retention strategy development in marketing funnels, proficient in Google Analytics, event tracking, and data structures. Skilled in data mining, measurement, and analysis.
- Innovative thinking to devise creative marketing strategies and captivating campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ethical work practices.
- Native Spanish and fluent in English.
- Passion for crypto is a bonus.
