Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop flexible and scalable ML frameworks for prototyping and conducting robust experimentation on a large scale.
• Implement optimizations for Machine/Deep Learning systems, such as cost-effective orchestration, data and model quantization, and model parallelization.
• Collaborate closely with various teams including Science Producer, Applied Science, VFX, Product, and Engineering to successfully introduce new research technologies and Machine/Deep Learning systems.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, etc.
• Familiarity with developing scalable ML pipelines for multimedia using tools such as AirFlow, Flyte, Kubeflow, or Prefect.
• Knowledge of cloud data storage technologies on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of software development best practices and version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Experience in addressing cutting-edge computer vision challenges and translating solutions from research to product development.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver high-quality, production-level code in a collaborative environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000. The interview process consists of four rounds conducted over Zoom, where candidates get the opportunity to interact with various members of the Flawless team.
