Manager, Partnership Due Diligence and Oversight

We are seeking a proficient Manager for Partnership Due Diligence and Oversight to join our expanding Compliance unit.
As the Manager, your primary role entails overseeing various global compliance vendors, formulating new partner strategies, and cultivating strong partner relationships. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and global compliance stakeholders to grasp requirements, enabling the development and upkeep of a robust global compliance partner framework.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central compliance contact for current and potential partners including banks, payment processors, and vendors.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and systems, supporting the journey from conception to implementation.
- Manage ongoing partner inquiries, testing, and audits while ensuring compliance due diligence aligns with policy.
- Keep updated on compliance tools and partnerships, identifying and adapting to market trends that could influence the company.
- Monitor regulatory, market, and competitor trends to refine partnership strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management to prioritize and execute partner integrations and similar projects.
- Implement and uphold vendor service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring performance and quality metrics are met.
- Produce partner statistics and reports for senior management and partners.
Requirements
- Possess 5+ years of experience in AML/CTF/sanctions compliance partners and vendors.
- Strong background in business development and relationship management with regulated entities such as US and Canadian financial institutions.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory, risk, governance, and infrastructure challenges in digital assets, banking, and payments sectors.
- Excellent communicator and adept at building internal relationships across various departments.
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders and ensuring operational feasibility of decisions.
- Experience navigating partner relationships from conceptualization to implementation within financial institutions.
- Proficient in utilizing multiple AML compliance tools and vendors.
- Proven ability to drive results through leadership and collaboration across teams.
- Experience coordinating with product and tech teams for tool implementations.
- Exceptionally organized with a focus on processes and people orientation.
