Responsibilities:

• Develop risk control models and enhance risk quantification methods in alignment with financial system requirements
• Conduct internal risk analysis, assessment, and mitigation tailored to the characteristics of various financial products
• Streamline production risk management processes and drive the enhancement of comprehensive risk management information leveraging big data systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in risk analysis or performance analysis within financial security trading institutions preferred
• Proficiency in statistics, data analytics, and financial risk management
• Familiarity with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent) considered a plus
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and capacity to perform effectively under pressure
• Strong work ethic, adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to productivity
• Excellent learning capabilities, communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach
