Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational aspects of finance products, particularly margin trading, aiming to achieve set targets such as user acquisition and revenue growth
• Analyze and interpret business data to devise strategies and plans for business enhancement
• Develop structured workflows, guidelines, and enhance team productivity
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to ensure smooth daily operations and risk management
• Monitor business demands and trends, proposing end-to-end solutions and overseeing their implementation
• Drive innovation in product models and business development to facilitate growth and sustainability of margin trading services

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the finance sector (experience in crypto derivatives/trading is advantageous)
• Possess outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Display a strong grasp of financial and blockchain trading processes
• Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, communication skills, self-motivation, and quick adaptability
• Exhibit a high sense of accountability, self-drive, and ability to perform effectively under pressure
