Scope of the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, elevate our brand, and contribute to business growth. As the sole marketing professional, you will shape and execute our marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise in financial services and crypto to enhance brand awareness, drive new business, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with institutional clients, strategic vision, and the ability to independently execute marketing initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Advise management on the strategic direction of marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Track and report on marketing performance for management.
Content and Insight Development:
- Create high-quality content, including articles, whitepapers, and case studies, to position the company as a digital asset thought leader.
Event and Conference Management:
- Identify and manage the company's participation in industry events.
- Develop presentations and materials to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Oversee social media presence and digital campaigns.
- Cultivate business relationships to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support client acquisition.
- Create engaging content to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Internal Communications:
- Enhance internal communication strategies for alignment with external messaging.
- Provide marketing support to internal stakeholders.
External Communications:
- Liaise with external PR firm.
- Manage external communications, including press releases and media relations.
Brand Development:
- Drive the company's brand vision and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Relationship Building:
- Foster new business relationships to grow the client base.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in financial services, preferably in digital assets.
- Experience working with institutional clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Creative with attention to detail.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced industry.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Understanding of digital assets regulatory landscape.
- Ability to develop engaging content formats.
