We are seeking a creative individual to join our team as Marketing Director. The role involves leading our marketing efforts to enhance Seedify's presence in the DeFi space and beyond. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies to elevate Seedify's visibility, drive ecosystem growth, and support the successful launch of our innovative products. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies in alignment with Seedify's vision and growth objectives.
- Shape Seedify’s brand narrative and positioning in the Launchpad and Incubation domain.
- Lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for Seedify’s products.
- Use various marketing tactics such as campaigns, events, conferences, and content marketing to enhance product adoption and revenue growth.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve future strategies.
- Create and execute a community marketing strategy leveraging platforms like blogs, Discord, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Establish Seedify as a thought leader through brand marketing efforts, sponsorships, events, and partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end influencer projects including conceptualization, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing initiatives seamlessly with broader campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in B2C performance marketing within DeFi or related fields.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on user acquisition and product adoption.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the wider cryptocurrency landscape.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with a preference for data-driven decision-making.
- Passion for web3 technology and its potential impact on the future of finance and technology.
- Previous design experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Launchpads is a plus.
