About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Lead adept at enhancing an already established global brand. The successful candidate will focus on refining and expanding existing successful strategies, rather than starting from scratch, through practical and effective implementation. If you are well-versed in Marketo, Salesforce, and SendGrid, understand the nuances of crypto culture, and excel at driving impactful outcomes through minor adjustments, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of marketing strategies across various channels
- Utilize Marketo and Salesforce to analyze, report, and enhance campaign performances
- Extend reach through strategic use of SendGrid and newsletter infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with research, editorial, and sales teams to drive conversion-focused campaigns
- Lead micro-campaigns for new product launches and segment-specific outreach
- Identify growth opportunities leveraging existing resources and reputation
- Maintain consistent brand representation across all touchpoints
- Coordinate messaging and operations internally
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B/B2C sectors, preferably in media, SaaS, fintech, or crypto
- Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and SendGrid
- Strong understanding of crypto culture and terminology
- A focus on practical, results-driven marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and prioritize impact-driven initiatives
- Confidence in storytelling while directing towards a call-to-action
- Experience with segmentation, nurturing, lead scoring, and campaign attribution
Bonus if you have:
- Experience supporting multiple revenue streams or internal clients
- Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and paid distribution strategies
- Familiarity with web3 communities and channels
- Content writing and editing skills
Work Location
