Our client, a full-service international property investment company, specializes in assisting high-net-worth individuals in diversifying their portfolios through global real estate investments. They offer comprehensive services from property sourcing and financing to acquisition, management, and resale. They are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee their global marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement branding strategies targeting Chinese ultra-high-net-worth clients, with a secondary focus on South African and Middle Eastern markets.
- Coordinate marketing activities involving web design, digital marketing, and CRM operations.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns for UK-based property projects aimed at UHNW individuals.
- Manage brand initiatives and ensure consistency across regions.
- Supervise content creation and adaptation for various market segments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Establish and manage marketing budgets across multiple regions.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate or related industries.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-regional marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
