Job Summary

As an Amazon Operations Specialist with us, you will play a crucial role in the success of our presence on global marketplaces, utilizing your skills to optimize operations and support our rapid expansion. Your responsibilities will include managing stock forecasts and inventory, ensuring account health, listing products, and addressing operational challenges in an international landscape covering 18 countries across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Develop precise inventory forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock shortages. Collaborate with the supply chain team to enhance logistical operations and increase operational efficiency. Utilize sales data and market trends to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.

  • Account Health: Monitor key account health metrics and implement proactive measures to uphold exceptional seller ratings. Secure Buy Box ownership and enhance product listings for optimal visibility and conversion rates. Handle cases with Amazon Seller Support and account managers to resolve issues promptly.

  • Catalog Optimization: Create and maintain high-quality product listings that accurately represent our brand and offerings. Optimize product pages with engaging content, top-quality images, and relevant keywords to boost organic rankings and drive traffic. Continuously seek opportunities to improve our brand image and global presence on Amazon.

  • Operational Excellence: Review existing processes and introduce enhancements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational capabilities, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Interest in web3 and crypto spheres.
