As an integral part of the Client Experience team within Strategic Partnerships and Integrations, you will play a crucial role in shaping and constructing the client service model instrumental to some of Anchorage's most thrilling integration-focused strategic collaborations. This position involves managing operational relationship dynamics with integration partners, discerning the utilization of Anchorage Digital’s products, services, and API integrations by partners to cater to their own businesses and customers. It mandates internal and external coordination to drive strategic initiatives, secure consensus among stakeholders, and adhere to deadlines.
To excel in this role, you must confidently navigate API-based business models, acquire an in-depth understanding of the crypto ecosystem’s users, participants, and products, and demonstrate proficiency in traditional financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support and Relationship Management: Grasp integration partners' operational frameworks to guide them in leveraging Anchorage Digital effectively.
Cross-Segment Advocacy: Foresee client needs by leveraging expertise in both institutional and retail crypto landscapes and advocate for product enhancements with a focus on delivering top-notch services to a diverse user base.
Technical Escalation & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing high-priority escalations, and managing inter-departmental relationships for prompt resolutions.
Oversight and Regulatory Integrity: Aide in designing and executing governance and quality controls to monitor external processes conducted by partners, preserving Anchorage Digital’s regulatory compliance and reputation.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
API Troubleshooting & Incident Management: Possess proficiency in API architecture, collaborating with technical teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues related to Anchorage Digital's product suite.
Crypto Domain Knowledge: Demonstrate deep comprehension of blockchains and their implications across retail and institutional use cases.
Policy Implementation: Apply Anchorage Digital policies and protocols in handling multifaceted issues stemming from integrations; exhibit experience navigating regulatory frameworks.
Financial Services Proficiency: Solid understanding of the diverse requirements and behaviors of institutional and retail clients engaging with various entities in traditional finance and DeFi.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
Strategic Relationship Management: Support CXM lead in ensuring sound operational relationships with strategic clients to safeguard assets in custody.
Communication and Project Management: Aid in integrating and communicating new product releases effectively.
Advocacy: Collaborate in managing the "Book of Work" for strategic integration clients by prioritizing technical requests and product enhancements, liaising with compliance, legal, and operations teams to enhance service models and business prospects.
Communication and Influence:
Reporting: Proactively communicate updates and information with internal stakeholders and integration partners to uphold organizational objectives.
Growth & Development: Effectively manage, develop, and create growth roadmaps for CXM team members within the segment.
