Member of Institutional Sales, Porto
Anchorage Digital is actively seeking a self-motivated and seasoned individual to join the Porto product sales team as a Member of Institutional Sales. This team is rapidly expanding and globally distributed. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive our client base growth for Porto and increase revenue on an international scale. As part of your duties, you will collaborate with various teams to establish a robust sales pipeline, cultivate strategic partnerships, and serve as a key representative of our range of solutions.

Technical Skills:
- Lead SaaS sales endeavors globally for Anchorage Digital by procuring new clients through sales campaigns and outbound sales activities.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Utilize a structured and process-driven approach for research, targeting, and outbound activities.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by collaborating with the global marketing team to establish a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with various teams including Marketing, Product, Legal, and Accounting to propel revenue growth for SaaS products, emphasizing on annual recurring revenue metrics.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to generate new leads for Porto.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Maintain an awareness of Anchorage's strategy to ensure successful implementation and cross-sell other solutions, sharing opportunities with the entire sales team for enhanced client success.
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge across our suite of solutions to effectively represent Anchorage.
- Explore innovative bundling opportunities for Anchorage products to streamline the sales cycle.
Communication and Influence:
- Lead sales qualification efforts during outbound campaigns to initiate client conversations, emphasizing clear and efficient communication to evaluate sales opportunities swiftly.
- Network with key contacts beyond your field of expertise to boost brand visibility for our products.
Qualifications:
- Background in institutional sales within digital assets, financial services, and/or SaaS, with proven success in closing deals.
- Direct experience and network within the crypto industry, coupled with a strong technical grasp of digital assets.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate Anchorage Digital’s unique value proposition.
- Extensive network of institutional clients and industry peers within the digital assets or fintech sectors.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in both large companies and early-stage startups.
- Familiarity with late-stage startup environments.
- Knowledge at the forefront of new protocol technology.
- Affinity for the soundtrack to Hamilton.
