Qualification Criteria:

• Proven track record as a fintech or cryptocurrency product manager, demonstrating successful product launches.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects across multiple teams, showcasing exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills adept at conveying complex ideas to various audiences.
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to changes in industry dynamics, priorities, and client requirements, ensuring ongoing relevance and proactiveness of product strategies.
• Strong technical background, especially in API-first and developer-centric products, facilitating seamless integration of B2B solutions for enhanced product efficiency.

Additional Skills (Optional):

• Experience or knowledge in the crypto space and active use of self-custody wallets or DeFi understanding.
• Experience in developing products for financial institutions.
• Previous exposure to projects inspired by the financial system evolution, e.g., the soundtrack to Hamilton.
