We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager with a passion for AI and a working knowledge of large language models (LLMs). If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to contribute to cutting-edge technology development, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and AI/LLM specialists, to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges, risks, and roadblocks.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate with AI and blockchain experts to ensure seamless integration of technologies within the World Abstraction Layer.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in LLMs and AI to align projects with current trends and technologies.
- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies to ensure efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience as a project manager, ideally in AI, software development, or blockchain environments.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs).
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse, remote teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Preferred:
- Background in AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies.
- Experience managing technical teams in a remote-first environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects involving AI and/or decentralized systems.
