Position Summary
As a senior level Product Marketer at Anchorage Digital, you will strategize and execute the product marketing journey for asset and wealth management solutions aimed at sophisticated institutional and wealth audiences. This role involves defining customer segments, crafting compelling messaging, enhancing sales readiness, and orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns. By assuming this strategic position, you will directly impact revenue growth within this specific avenue of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Skills:
- Develop go-to-market strategy for asset and wealth management products, outlining Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, positioning, and launch plans.
- Utilize customer insights, market analysis, and performance metrics to guide go-to-market tactics effectively.
- Create distinct and persuasive messaging tailored to institutional and wealth clientele.
- Produce foundational sales resources, such as presentations, collateral, and communication scripts, to support complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives related to product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Own the product marketing responsibilities for asset and wealth management offerings, providing direction and executing the plan.
- Manage project timelines and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful and timely product launches.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver high-quality go-to-market outputs based on a keen understanding of customer needs and business goals.
Communication and Influence:
- Incorporate a mix of qualitative and quantitative insights in decision-making processes.
- Influence stakeholders by presenting data-supported recommendations and fostering clear communication, even without formal authority.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in marketing products to asset managers, wealth managers, RIAs, or institutional investors.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market and marketing campaigns.
- Possess intellectual curiosity and a penchant for collecting customer and market intelligence to inform positioning strategies.
- Ability to dive deep into product intricacies and aid in building competitive differentiation.
