The responsibilities of the frontend team at Anchorage encompass various critical areas of the company's product interface, including the KYC onboarding application, marketing site, internal web dashboard, and client dashboard. Working diligently, this team strives to introduce new functionalities, support existing features, and enhance the efficiency of the associated codebases.

If you align with the following criteria, you may be a suitable candidate for this role:
- Possess hands-on experience in building web applications/UI from the ground up and providing sustained support over a meaningful timeframe.
- Proficient in at least one JavaScript framework, for instance, Next.JS, React.JS, Angular.JS, Vue.JS, or Ember.
- Demonstrated commitment to code quality and robust test structures.
- Prioritization of end-user experience and business value over mere technological allure.
- Proficiency in core computer science concepts, encompassing concurrency, algorithms, and data structures (formal CS degree not obligatory).
- Characterized by a combination of traits like creativity, humility, ambition, attention to detail, diligence, trustworthiness, eagerness to learn, methodical approach, action-oriented mindset, and tenacity.
While not obligatory, the following additional attributes would be beneficial:
- Experience with web security in a production environment.
- Proficiency in developing Chrome extensions.
- A deep interest in cryptography as opposed to just cryptocurrency.
- A fascination with and knowledge of blockchain protocol white papers and the evolving landscape of cryptoasset innovations.
- Previous exposure to the finance realm.
- An emotional connection to the soundtrack of Hamilton and its depiction of a financial revolution.
