Summary

The role of Mid-Market Regional Sales Director involves developing and executing effective sales strategies while nurturing client relationships to boost regional revenue.

The position is based in the United Kingdom and is open to remote work from within the UK. Candidates must reside in the UK and possess valid Right to Work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct meetings and secure deals in mid-market, enterprise, and public sector segments in the assigned territory
  • Manage opportunities efficiently and maintain visibility within Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed qualified quota and pipeline objectives for the designated region and targeted accounts
  • Identify and adhere to company values
  • Lead sales activities, including prospecting and initiating new sales opportunities
  • Issue and negotiate quotes and deal setups
  • Participate in events and trade shows
  • Respond to both public and private tenders

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or relevant field
  • Experience in contract negotiations and strategic sales planning
  • Proficiency in key performance metrics and sales forecasting
  • Familiarity with industry-specific trends and challenges
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations
