Business Development Manager / Lead

Full time
Remote
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager who can help Schedar build strategic relationships across the AI, Web3, crypto, infrastructure, and startup ecosystem.
This is not a “send cold messages and collect logos” role. We need someone who can identify high-value founders, protocols, funds, ecosystem partners, communities, infrastructure providers, KOLs, accelerators, and technical teams — then turn those relationships into real opportunities for collaboration, deal flow, partnerships, talent, and growth.
You’ll work directly with Schedar’s team, founders, portfolio-related projects, and external ecosystem partners to expand Schedar’s network and support early-stage AI-native and Web3 products.
What You’ll Own
Identify and source high-potential startups, founders, projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners across AI and Web3
Build relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, developer communities, protocol ecosystems, KOLs, and strategic partners
Create and manage outbound BD pipelines across LinkedIn, Telegram, X, email, Discord, events, and founder communities
Support Schedar’s deal flow by discovering early-stage AI-native and Web3 projects that may be relevant for investment, incubation, or collaboration
Build partnership opportunities for Schedar-backed and incubated projects
Map key ecosystems, communities, events, accelerators, grants programs, and founder networks
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on relevance, stage, traction, team quality, technical depth, and strategic fit
Coordinate intro calls, follow-ups, partner conversations, and relationship tracking
Maintain CRM hygiene and structured notes on founders, projects, partners, and opportunities
Work with product, growth, recruiting, and investment teams to turn ecosystem relationships into actionable outcomes
Help represent Schedar in online communities, events, founder groups, and partner conversations
What We’re Looking For
Experience in business development, partnerships, ecosystem growth, venture scouting, startup operations, community, sales, or founder relations
Strong interest in AI, Web3, crypto, blockchain infrastructure, developer tools, automation, fintech, or frontier technology
Ability to identify high-signal people, projects, and communities before they become obvious
Comfortable doing direct outreach and building relationships from scratch
Strong communication skills and ability to explain Schedar’s value clearly to founders, partners, and technical teams
Ability to qualify opportunities, ask good questions, and understand what makes a project strategically relevant
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous, remote-first environment
Strong follow-up discipline, CRM organization, and ownership over relationship pipelines
Ability to move between strategy and execution in the same day
High agency, curiosity, and bias toward action
Nice to Have
Existing network across Web3, AI, crypto, venture, startup, developer, or founder communities
Experience working at a VC fund, accelerator, startup studio, crypto exchange, protocol foundation, or early-stage startup
Understanding of DeFi, wallets, L1/L2 ecosystems, infrastructure, token incentives, on-chain analytics, decentralized compute, or AI agents
Experience with tools like Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Attio, Clay, Apollo, Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, or similar
Experience sourcing startups, founders, investment opportunities, or strategic partnerships
Experience organizing founder intros, ecosystem collaborations, demo days, events, or community partnerships
Ability to write clear outreach messages, partner briefs, founder notes, and follow-up summaries
Multilingual ability or strong network in Asia, Europe, MENA, or global Web3 markets is a plus
You Might Be a Fit If
You enjoy building relationships before there is a clear playbook
You can spot strong founders and interesting technical projects early
You are comfortable talking to founders, investors, developers, community leads, and ecosystem partners
You don’t just network — you turn conversations into structured next steps
You understand that BD in early-stage ecosystems is about trust, timing, relevance, and follow-through
You are curious about AI-native products, Web3 infrastructure, decentralized compute, developer tools, and new digital primitives
You like working close to founders and helping early products find the right partners, users, investors, and talent
You care about speed, ownership, and measurable relationship outcomes
Why Join Schedar
Work at the intersection of AI, Web3, venture capital, and early-stage company building
Collaborate directly with founders, technical builders, investors, and ecosystem leaders
High ownership over Schedar’s partnership and ecosystem development
Remote-first and flexible setup
Exposure to Schedar’s portfolio, network, and technical ecosystem
Opportunity to help discover and support new primitives for the digital economy
Build relationships across some of the most interesting AI-native and Web3 communities globally
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, scope, and role structure. Performance-based incentives, success-based bonuses, equity/token exposure, or project-based upside may be available depending on the specific engagement model.

Event & Partnership Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Event & Partnership Manager who can build Schedar’s ecosystem presence from the ground up across AI, Web3, crypto, infrastructure, and frontier tech communities.
This is not a “coordinate logistics and send calendar invites” role. We need someone who can identify the right events, communities, founders, partners, KOLs, protocols, accelerators, and ecosystem players — then turn those relationships into high-quality deal flow, talent flow, brand visibility, and collaboration opportunities.
You’ll work directly with Schedar’s team, founders, portfolio companies, technical builders, and external partners to help Schedar become more visible and connected across the AI-native and Web3 ecosystem.
What You’ll Own
Identify high-value conferences, side events, hackathons, demo days, founder communities, accelerators, university networks, and ecosystem gatherings across AI and Web3
Build and manage Schedar’s event strategy, including hosted events, co-hosted events, private founder dinners, meetups, workshops, panels, and online sessions
Source and build partnerships with protocols, startups, communities, VCs, accelerators, dev communities, KOLs, media partners, and ecosystem organizations
Turn events and partnerships into measurable outcomes: founder leads, project leads, talent leads, investor relationships, community growth, and portfolio support
Coordinate event planning end-to-end, including concept, agenda, speaker outreach, guest list, partner alignment, logistics, promotion, follow-up, and reporting
Create outreach flows for founders, builders, partners, speakers, and strategic ecosystem contacts
Maintain and grow a CRM of relevant founders, partners, communities, event organizers, operators, and technical talent
Work with marketing/content teams to create event announcements, speaker posts, recaps, newsletters, and partner communications
Support Schedar-backed and incubated projects with partnership opportunities, launch events, community access, and ecosystem introductions
Track event ROI and partnership performance through clear dashboards, follow-ups, and feedback loops
Stay close to emerging AI/Web3 narratives, new ecosystems, protocols, infrastructure trends, and founder communities
What We’re Looking For
Experience in events, partnerships, ecosystem growth, community, BD, VC platform, or startup operations
Strong understanding of Web3, crypto, AI, developer ecosystems, infrastructure, or frontier tech communities
Ability to identify high-signal people, projects, communities, and events — not just popular ones
Hands-on execution mindset: comfortable planning, writing outreach, managing logistics, hosting conversations, and following up
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with founders, operators, investors, developers, and partners
Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
Ability to turn relationships into structured opportunities, not just casual networking
Strong organizational skills across CRM, event planning, partner tracking, and post-event follow-up
Interest in early-stage startups, technical founders, venture capital, AI-native products, Web3 infrastructure, and digital ecosystems
High ownership, strong taste, and bias toward action
Nice to Have
Experience working in VC, accelerator, Web3 ecosystem, crypto exchange, protocol foundation, startup studio, or early-stage startup
Existing network across AI, Web3, crypto, developer tools, infrastructure, fintech, or startup communities
Experience organizing founder dinners, side events, conference activations, hackathons, demo days, workshops, or investor/operator meetups
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Attio, Clay, Luma, Eventbrite, Typeform, Telegram, Discord, X, LinkedIn, or similar
Experience with community-led growth, ecosystem partnerships, ambassador programs, or founder/investor relations
Understanding of wallets, protocols, DeFi, DAOs, L1/L2 ecosystems, token incentives, or Web3 user behavior
Ability to write clear event copy, partner briefs, outreach messages, speaker notes, and follow-up summaries
Prior experience supporting founders, portfolio companies, or technical communities
You Might Be a Fit If
You like building ecosystems from zero, not just managing existing relationships
You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution in the same day
You can spot high-potential founders, projects, and communities before they become obvious
You enjoy meeting people, but you also know how to turn conversations into structured next steps
You understand that events are not just brand moments — they are deal flow, talent flow, partnerships, and market intelligence
You can work with founders, technical teams, investors, community builders, and ecosystem partners
You care about speed, ownership, thoughtful follow-up, and measurable outcomes
You want to help Schedar become a stronger presence across AI-native and Web3 ecosystems
Why Join Schedar
Work at the intersection of AI, Web3, venture capital, and early-stage company building
Collaborate directly with founders, investors, technical builders, and ecosystem leaders
High ownership over Schedar’s external presence, events, and partnership strategy
Remote-first and flexible setup
Exposure to Schedar’s portfolio, network, and technical ecosystem
Opportunity to help discover and support new primitives for the digital economy
Build relationships across some of the most interesting AI-native and Web3 communities globally

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can help turn early technical ideas into clear product flows, MVPs, user journeys, and shipped features.
This is a 0-to-1 product role. You won’t be managing a mature roadmap inside a large company. You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, growth teams, and early users to validate product direction, define requirements, and help products move from concept to traction.
What You’ll Do
Work with founders and technical teams to define product direction
Translate complex AI/Web3 concepts into simple user-facing product flows
Define MVP scope, product requirements, user stories, and feature priorities
Conduct user research and gather feedback from early adopters
Identify the strongest ICPs, use cases, and product positioning
Work with growth teams to connect onboarding, activation, and retention loops
Analyze early product data and user behavior to guide roadmap decisions
Help validate which products, features, or user segments are worth scaling
Coordinate between product, engineering, design, growth, and community teams
Build clear documentation, product specs, and internal product notes
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, Founder, or early startup operator
Strong understanding of 0-to-1 product development
Ability to work with ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
Experience working closely with engineers and technical founders
Strong written communication and product documentation skills
Interest in AI, Web3, crypto, infrastructure, automation, or developer tools
Ability to turn user feedback into product direction
Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote environment
Nice to Have
Previous experience in Web3, crypto, DeFi, wallets, NFTs, DAOs, or blockchain infrastructure
Experience with AI-native products, agents, LLM tools, automation, or data products
Hands-on experience using crypto products such as wallets, CEXs, DeFi apps, or on-chain tools
Experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, infra, or technical products
Experience working with early-stage startups or venture studios
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, Jira, Figma, Airtable, Slack, Discord, Telegram, or CRM systems
You Might Be a Fit If
You like building products from zero rather than optimizing mature systems
You can move between strategy and execution quickly
You enjoy working directly with founders and technical teams
You can simplify complex technical ideas for real users
You care about user behavior, activation, retention, and product-market fit
You are excited by AI-native and Web3 products
You are comfortable with stealth products and fast-changing priorities

You’ll work directly with founders, product teams, and technical builders across Schedar-backed and incubated projects.
What You’ll Own
Define and validate early ICPs, user segments, and GTM hypotheses
Build 0-to-1 acquisition systems across outbound, community, partnerships, content, and product-led loops

Experience leading or executing 0-to-1 growth for early-stage startups

Business development Manager

Full time
Remote
Hey everyone,

I’m looking for recommendations or to connect directly with a marketing team / agency that genuinely understands the Forex trading space — especially community-led growth.

I run many public XAUUSD signals Telegram channel that has grown organically to 12,000+ members over the years (since 2020). No ads, no clickbait, no fake screenshots. The channel is completely free and will stay that way because the core idea has always been transparency and live testing rather than selling promises.

A few things about the community:

• Signals focused only on FX & XAUUSD

• Consistent average accuracy around ~78%

• Clear risk management & lot sizing shared with every setup

• Priority is always capital protection, not overtrading

• Everything is public so anyone can track performance in real time for as long as they want

The growth so far has been word-of-mouth and organic, but now I want to scale this community responsibly and reach 100,000+ free members this year without turning it into a hype machine.

I’m not looking for generic social media marketers. I’m specifically interested in people/agencies who:

• Understand traders, not just traffic

• Can grow communities ethically and sustainably

• Know how to position transparency as a strength (not fake luxury marketing)

• Have experience with Telegram / Instagram / Reddit / Trading communities

If you’re a marketer in this niche, or you’ve worked with someone solid before, I’d really appreciate guidance, referrals, or a conversation.

Thanks in advance 🙏

Happy to share more details in DMs.
