The Mining Operations Tech role is vital to CleanSpark's Bitcoin mining endeavors. Working collaboratively within a dedicated team to offer 24/7 support and coverage for mining operations, this position also extends assistance to engineering and facilities teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and track equipment shipments accurately, maintaining inventory records and databases while supporting installation and reorganization projects.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks on miners, including fan and power supply replacements.
- Monitor mining pool data, observe for significant changes, and identify production environment issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting over the phone and provide equipment reboots when necessary.
- Collaborate with facilities teams in building and electrical maintenance tasks, communicating HVAC or power concerns and monitoring temperatures in various locations within the facility.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Technical experience is beneficial but not mandatory, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Can work independently, proficient in basic computer skills.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, helpful, conscientious, and a team player with pride in quality work.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
