Mobile Platform Engineering Team at Flipster
The Mobile Platform Engineering team at Flipster focuses on optimizing performance and stability of the mobile client, with a specific emphasis on enhancing performance of key components like the Chart feature. They are responsible for improving performance and providing an optimized user experience. The team also sets engineering metrics on the client-side to drive continuous quality improvements for the mobile product.
The team is currently seeking a Senior Mobile Platform Engineer to tackle challenging problems and advance the mobile platform at Flipster.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize performance and platform requirements on the client-side
- Lead projects for optimizing the performance of the Chart feature, a key functionality of the exchange
- Set mobile engineering metrics, perform issue resolution, and decision-making based on the metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and establish Best Practices
Qualifications
- More than 7 years of iOS development experience
- Proficiency in Swift and related technology stacks
- Experience in mobile performance optimization and stability enhancement
- Experience leading feature and app development from start to finish based on complex business requirements
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams to solve problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SwiftUI development
- Full stack development experience (across various platforms such as iOS, Android, Web, Backend)
- Experience working in the mobile platform team based on a deep understanding of mobile technology stack
- Enjoy learning and applying new technology stacks
