The Finance and Accounting team encompasses several functions focusing on Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Working together, the team optimizes global finance initiatives with attention to detail while managing multiple exciting project scopes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proficient Netsuite OneWorld Administrator/Developer experienced in the crypto industry to join our Finance Digital Transformation team. The role entails managing and supporting our Netsuite OneWorld ERP system to ensure its seamless operation. The position requires a combination of administration and development skills to address all Netsuite OneWorld-related changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to Netsuite OneWorld.
• Oversee and maintain our Netsuite OneWorld ERP system, including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Develop and sustain Netsuite OneWorld workflows, scripts, and customizations to meet business requirements.
• Offer technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with ongoing system enhancements and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Netsuite OneWorld best practices and industry standards
• Participate in Netsuite OneWorld-related projects from development to implementation.
• Train and assist end-users in utilizing Netsuite OneWorld effectively.
• Stay updated on new Netsuite OneWorld features and assess their impact on our system.
• Use knowledge of the crypto industry's unique accounting and reporting requirements to appropriately customize and configure our Netsuite OneWorld system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Netsuite OneWorld Administrator/Developer.
• Proficiency in Netsuite OneWorld ERP system administration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes, particularly within the crypto industry (is an advantage).
