NUVA Institutional Sales Manager

Animoca Brands Corporation Limited is a leading company in Web3 focusing on tokenization and blockchain technology to grant digital property rights to users, contributing to the development of the open metaverse. Their mission is accomplished through three main business divisions: running various Web3 projects like Moca Network and The Sandbox, offering digital asset advisory services, and managing investments in numerous companies within the sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the entire deal process with target traditional finance institutions and prominent Web3 organizations to facilitate capital agreements for NUVA's products.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers at banks, funds, asset management firms, institutions, as well as DAOs and major protocols or foundations in the Web3 space.
• Create proposals, financial models, and deal frameworks tailored to meet the investment requirements of various institutional sectors.
• Lead negotiations from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support for institutional clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess 3-5 years of specialized experience in institutional sales roles within the Finance or Web3 industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring, structuring, and finalizing deals with institutional partners successfully.
• Extensive network within significant asset management firms, funds, banks, DAOs, and sizeable Web3 protocols or foundations.
• Strong enthusiasm for and in-depth understanding of financial products, Web3, Real-World Assets (RWA), and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and outcome-oriented with the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion and post-sale management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, whereas abilities in Cantonese and Mandarin languages are advantageous.
• Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively with various teams, including legal/compliance, art/design, and product teams.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
