Operations and Project Researcher (Futures)

Responsibilities

• Market and Sector Analysis: Generate high-quality research reports on macroeconomic and sector trends in areas such as DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Metaverse, Layer 1/Layer 2, and other market hot topics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Evaluation: Conduct thorough research and analysis of on-chain projects and exchange trading data to track market trends and performance metrics.
• Data Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor project performance using internal and public data sources to inform operational strategies.
• Operations: Manage the operations of projects in the Futures, ensuring ongoing success on the exchange, and developing growth strategies.
• Detailed Reporting: Synthesize data from various sources to produce accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with research analysts, data analytics, marketing teams, and other departments to support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in research roles within crypto exchanges or blockchain/VC research, with expertise in data analysis and project evaluation.
• Proficiency in analyzing on-chain data, exchange metrics, and understanding diverse blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data sets and provide actionable insights for operational strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. CFA certification is a bonus.
• Effective communication skills to convey research findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Self-motivated with a dedication to producing high-quality work and staying informed about industry trends.
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus for external coordination.
