ABOUT THE ROLE
As an essential member of the Operations team, you will collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our Bitcoin ATM locations. Your responsibilities will include managing support tickets, troubleshooting operational issues, updating databases, and monitoring the performance of external service providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize and manage incoming support tickets from customers, retailers, and Cash In Transit (CIT) partners
- Investigate and resolve operational issues on ATMs, reporting findings to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with service partners to address escalated tickets, organize site visits, and ensure machine functionality
- Maintain accurate information on ATM status within internal systems
- Review invoices and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Monitor service partner performance and address any issues or gaps
- Assist with special projects and create operational guides/documentation
- Collaborate on system and process improvements, including testing and audits
- Perform other tasks as assigned
