Responsibilities:
- Engage with B2B clients and Swiss suppliers in effective communication
- Compile and present group quotations to B2B clients
- Coordinate group operations by liaising with suppliers to secure necessary services
- Provide crucial back office support to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment, particularly under pressure
- Strong motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills with a focus on multitasking
- Eagerness to learn and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Exceptional customer focus and adeptness in collaborating with team members
- Minimum of two years' experience in tour operations; group operations background preferred
- Proficiency in verbal and written Cantonese considered a plus
- Knowledge of Switzerland as a travel destination is advantageous
- Familiarity with additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Thai is desirable
