Operations Specialist (BPay)

About the Role

Binance is introducing BPay, a fiat money wallet crafted to support the cryptocurrency business at Binance. The main aim is to provide customers with a fiat wallet enabling them to hold and store funds with ease, facilitating the purchase of cryptocurrencies on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with process owners to craft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while adhering to operating office standards and the operational risk team's framework.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Conduct continuous analysis on business processes relating to productivity, quality, and costs.
• Present performance tracking reports and integrate feedback for process improvements.
• Identify delivery gaps, recommend process enhancements, and drive internal projects to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate process enhancement strategies with internal stakeholders and oversee the implementation stages.
• Facilitate communication with 3rd party partners to resolve issues and manage deadline-related items.
• Act as a crucial liaison between BPay departments and outsourced departments like Customer Service and KYC/KYB central teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field with 1-3 years' experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in operational or business process management, mainly in a financial services setting.
• Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for effective team collaboration.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management expertise.
• Proficiency in identifying and solving complex problems effectively.
