Role Overview:

An OTC Sales Trader opportunity is available within the Binance OTC team. This team oversees spot and derivatives OTC trading, agency executions, and API liquidity solutions. As an OTC Sales Trader, you will contribute to expanding client outreach and trade flow for the OTC desk, crucially driving growth in this dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the OTC trade lifecycle for institutional clients including price quotations, trade executions, and internal hedge requirements.
• Enhance client engagement and trading activity by understanding their requirements, offering market insights, and cultivating trust through consistent communication.
• Collaborate with the VIP sales team to identify prospective clients and develop new business ventures.
• Monito over-the-counter electronic flow for spot and derivatives products, while assessing risk metrics.
• Execute trades on DeFi and decentralized platforms as required.
• Support miscellaneous tasks related to trade probes, risk management, post-trade analysis, and algorithm performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with trade operations, developers, and quantitative analysts to enhance middle-office processes, booking logic, reporting practices, as well as internal pricing and execution strategies.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong educational background, preferably with a Master's degree in finance, engineering, or mathematics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an OTC Sales Trader in the financial/crypto sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of OTC trade lifecycle, pricing, execution methods, settlements, and the roles of exchanges, liquidity providers, prime brokers, etc.
• Proven grasp of financial markets, market structure, liquidity principles, and risk management techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills, proactive attitude, self-driven, and initiative-taking individual.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams and departments.
• Experience in electronic OTC flows and structured products is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is beneficial.
• Experience or interest in the crypto/DeFi industry is a positive.
