Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Director to strategically plan, implement, and optimize global paid social campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter. The role involves not only managing campaigns but also developing overall strategies, collaborating with different teams, and providing expertise in paid social media marketing. The ideal candidate will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through impactful campaigns for both web and app products. Additionally, they will lead a team of paid social specialists, focusing on innovative strategies and skill development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute top-tier paid social strategies for global user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth, particularly in English-speaking markets like the US, UK, and Canada.
- Provide strategic suggestions to UA stakeholders, aligning paid social efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in various departments to create unified strategies.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large paid social campaigns on different platforms to meet business goals.
- Mentor and grow a team of paid social specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Offer hands-on support and training to team members for continuous skill improvement and career advancement.
- Act as the primary expert on paid social, driving innovation and best practices.
- Support resource allocation across platforms and campaigns for optimal ROI.
- Analyze and enhance campaign performance using advanced testing and segmentation techniques.
- Partner with creative teams to develop platform-specific, engaging ad content.
- Work closely with analytics teams to measure campaign impact across touchpoints.
- Collaborate with organic social teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence across all channels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in scaling global paid social efforts for web and app platforms.
- Experience in TradFi or Crypto, i-gaming, or sports is advantageous.
- 8+ years in paid social media marketing, with a focus on managing large-scale campaigns across various platforms.
- 3+ years of team management experience, preferably in building and retaining high-performance teams.
- Proficiency in paid social platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy formulation.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders.
- Budget management expertise with a focus on optimizing spend for ROI.
- Profound knowledge of performance marketing strategies, particularly in English-speaking and global markets.
- Advanced understanding of audience targeting, conversion optimization, and creative testing.
- Keen interest in industry innovation and trends.
